Is there a service that will go from BWI to Bethany, then do a return trip a week later?

Beyond hiring a car service (i.e. a Towncar etc...) there is none that I know of. My guess is you would be better off renting a car and transporting yourself. From my experiences at the beach, you will enjoy having the car to go to the outlet mall in Rehoboth or to restaurants in other beach towns.
The trip from BWI to Bethany is about 120 miles and should take between 2:15 and 2:45 depending on the time of day that you travel. It is a pretty easy and scenic drive.
