Based on the reviews from this site, I just made a reservation for ';the Avenue';. The front desk clerk told me about ';The Avenue II';. She said that it was about 3 blocks away from the Avenue hotel. I%26#39;m wondering has anyone ever stayed at the Avenue II? Is it nice? would it be better to stay at the main hotel? We are traveling with a 3 year old and staying about 5 days.

You could be happier in either one. The Avenue is closer to the center of everything.

The Avenue is about a block closer to the beach. The Avenue II is much cheaper and has very nice rooms. I was willing to walk the extra block to save the money.
I am trying to find a nice, clean and updated room for a one night stay (on the way to Ocean city). I can%26#39;t find the website for the Avenue, is there one? Tell me more about this place. Do they have 2 queen beds in the rooms? Walking distance to beach/boardwalk? Please tell me more!! Thanks alot....
