travel with a toddler?

My husband and I are interested in going to Rehoboth this summer with our 1 year old son. I have read some of the messages posted in this forum, and please forgive me if I repeat the same old question. Where is the best place to stay, that is affordable (around $150/night) with a toddler? I understand that Rehoboth is an easy area to navigate, but need something close to everything, as it is difficult to get in and out of a car all the time with a toddler.

Thanks in advance!

Check out Cape Suites at 47 Baltimore Ave . It is an older ,clean ,well kept hotel .You could park there and never move your cas .It is one and a half blosks from the beach and one block off Rehoboth Ave .

Also check out The Atlantis Inn right on Rehoboth Ave. It is also one and a half blocks back from the beach and boardwalk. Another option is the Brighton Suites, similar location, on Wilmington Ave.

Depending on the dates you are looking at traveling, you may run into some difficulty finding rates of only $150; most hotels run around $175 to $225 per night. The best thing about location (and why it is actually worth paying the money) is the fact that you really don%26#39;t have to drive anywhere once you arrive. Park the car at the hotel and walk everywhere. Within a two-block radius, there are dozens of restaurants and shops, not to mention the beach and boardwalk.

Either way, make your reservations early before the rates go higher. Rates always increase the closer you get to the date!

Have a great time!
