Has anybody been to the ';ECONO LODGE RESORT';?

I was browsing through the forum for Rehoboth Beach, and noticed that there are no opinions or reviews for this particular hotel. Does someone know anything about it? Its reputation, etc. Any info would be appreciated!

I have stayed here and will once again this coming season for a few days. Nothing special to write home about -- they really need to take the word ';resort'; off of the title. It%26#39;s an Econo Lodge for heaven%26#39;s sake.

It%26#39;s right on Route 1 and near all the shopping. A Cracker Barrel restaurant is walking distance to the hotel.

It does the job of tourist accomodations near the beach resorts of DE.

Prefer the Americinn there for sure. It%26#39;s nice.

Thanks for the info on the Econo Lodge. I was kinda wandering about the ';RESORT'; part. Most places that say they are resorts offer a restaurant/bar on premises. So, i will keep all of this in mind.

The Cracker Barrel Restaurant is on the lot of this hotel. Probably one of the more economical hotels on the Route 1 corridor in the DE Beach area.

The Holiday Inn Express in Rehoboth is the best deal of any, by far! It%26#39;s less than 1 mile from the beach, and there is a shuttle that takes you to and from the beach (drops you literally right at the Ocean/Boardwalk!) for a nominal fee. They have a great continantal breakfast and THE best service of any hotel I%26#39;ve stayed at in either Rehoboth or Lewes.
